“Fix hinge defect, compensate owners of a defective model”, The title of one of the many articles written about the ongoing hinge problem about the Lenovo G-Series, Lenovo Yoga, Ideapad or ThinkPad which involved a petition signed by thousands of people addressed to the CEO of Lenovo. Has the hinge on your computer broken off the screen? You are not alone. Lenovo claims “to deliver the unexpected – whether it’s a ThinkPad that can survive a sandstorm, a Yoga that’s the first 2-in-1 to flip and fold, or a smartphone that continually changes its shape and functions.” This problem has been realized for more than 6 years ago, Has Lenovo improved in quality, durability, and reliability for you?
